Early 20th century decorated commode with large painted vignettes, each framed in a floral border. Below the cabinet are  carved cabriole legs  joined by a deep, shaped, pierce-carved apron, all in gilded wood. The interior is centrally divided with moveable shelves.  The thick figured marble bears a marble workers union label.
